Drăgan-George Basarabă is a Romanian heraldist, member of the National Commission of Heraldry, Genealogy, and Sigillography of the Romanian Academy, full member of the “Sever Zotta” Romanian Institute of Genealogy and Heraldry, and honorary member of the Transylvanian Heraldic and Vexillological Association.

His research is mainly focused on heraldry, but also includes subjects such as vexillology, genealogy, archontology, and phaleristics.

He specializes in the heraldry of the Principality of Transylvania, the Romanian nobles within the Habsburg Monarchy, and the heraldic practice in Romania under the House of Hohenzollern.

András Martin is a Hungarian heraldist, member of the Hungarian Genealogical and Heraldic Society and of the Heraldry Society.

His interests include the history, genealogy, and heraldry of Austria-Hungary, of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine, as well as phaleristics and diplomacy.
